A working session for practitioners who know their worth and haven't built a price around it yet.
August 17 · 3:00 to 5:00 PM PST · $400
You know your clinical work is good. The pricing conversation is usually where that confidence disappears.
This is a two-hour working session, not a lecture. You'll walk in with real numbers from your own practice and walk out with a rough sketch of your actual pricing and package structure, built from your numbers, not a generic template.
What We'll Work Through
How to think through your service offerings before you touch pricing at all, so the packages reflect how you actually work instead of how everyone else in the field packages things.
The financial calculations that tell you what you need to charge, not what feels comfortable to charge. Revenue targets, hourly rate, time per case, and the full cost stack that most practitioners forget to count.
How to research what the market will actually bear, without guessing or copying a competitor's number and hoping for the best.
Tiered package structuring and the psychology behind it, including why a well-built middle tier does more work than any single price point ever will.
Pricing for complexity, in both directions. A hard case takes longer in the room. It also takes longer between calls, in the messages and check-ins that never make it onto an invoice. You'll leave with a rule for when a case earns a different number.
How to raise a price with a client you already have, without the conversation feeling like an apology. And how to run a promotion the right way, since a price can move down without damage but rarely moves back up without cost.
Value-based pricing. Most practitioners think they're competing on price. They're actually competing on value, and value only lands when you know exactly who your client is and speak directly to them. This is where your package inclusions get their final shape.
Before the Session
Come with your numbers already worked out:
- Your target monthly revenue
- Your hourly rate
- An honest estimate of how long a full case workup actually takes you, start to finish
- Your current pricing, and how long it's been since you last changed it
- Time spent on client communication between sessions, messages, check-ins, the parts that never make it onto an invoice
- Admin and non-billable time per client, onboarding, chart notes, coordinating with a client's medical team
- Your realistic caseload capacity, how many clients you can actually hold at once without your own capacity breaking down
- Your no-show or cancellation rate, if you track it
- Bring your cost list too. Merchant fees, lab fees, and anything else that attaches directly to a client engagement. You'll use all of it in the room.
What You'll Leave With
A rough sketch of your service packages and where they're priced. Not a finished sales page. A real starting structure you can refine with your own numbers behind it.
